SkillsGrow receives payments towards course fees, all of which are strictly non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, adjusted,
cancelled, or transferred to another course, batch, or individual.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation of admission, course enrollment, batch allocation, or services are not permitted after payment has been successfully processed.
SkillsGrow shall not entertain any request for cancellation, refund, adjustment, or transfer once the fee has been paid.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes, legal matters, or claims arising out of or related to the use of this website, SkillsGrow services, or payments made shall be governed by and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
